Information we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, Solum Studio receives the information you choose to provide, including your name, email, optional phone number, project location, project type, estimated budget, desired timeline and project description.
Security and abuse prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. The site uses a short-lived, salted hash derived from connection information solely to enforce request limits. Solum Studio does not save your raw IP address or browser user-agent with an inquiry.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to evaluate your request, communicate with you, coordinate potential services, maintain business records and protect the website. We do not sell inquiry information.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, security tools and inquiry database. The optional site assistant sends chat content to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not enter confidential, financial, medical or authentication information into the assistant.
Retention and choices
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for project follow-up, business records and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Some records may be retained where legally required.
Analytics and updates
If analytics is enabled, the site records page views and privacy-limited events for navigation, service and concept-study links, project calls to action, the public email link, opening the assistant, starting the inquiry form, successful submission and submission errors. Analytics events include the page path, link label or destination where relevant, but do not include inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, project messages or the generated inquiry reference. This notice may be updated as the website and business practices change. Material updates will be posted on this page.
